  • Is there a minimum stay?

    • Yes. Most weekends require a 3-night minimum stay, and most weekdays require a 2-night minimum stay. Please inquire for any exceptions.

  • What are the sleeping accommodations?

    • The Wayne Mansion offers 9 private bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms split amongst the property and hosts up to 19 guests. The Main House includes five spacious bedrooms, each fitted with king size beds. The carriage house is two-stories, with a mirrored floor plan each offering two bedrooms, both units offer one king and one queen bed.

  • What if I need to accommodate more guests?

    • If you are looking for additional accommodations, our premiere partner, The Park House, is less than 5 minutes away and located on the beautiful Monterey Square. With multiple units, ranging from two bedroom flat to studio apartments, we’re confident you’ll be able to accommodate the rest of your party here. 

  • What is the event capacity?

  • What is included with my accommodations rental? 

    • The Wayne Mansion includes 4 full kitchens stocked with housewares and cookware, coffee makers, and toasters.  Bath towels and bed linens are provided, along with a Vacation Starter Kit to make your stay more comfortable:

    • Bathroom: 1 toilet paper roll, 1 bar of body soap, 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner, 1 bar hand soap

       

    • Laundry: 1 detergent packet 

    • Kitchen: 1 kitchen sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 large kitchen trash bags, 1 single pot package of local coffee + 1 filter.

    • Please bring your own food, beverages, condiments, and snacks. There may be a small supply of pantry staples but this not guaranteed. 

  • Where do I park?

    • Guests staying in the residence will have access to a total of four private parking spaces on the property. Additional parking can be found on-street, which is non-metered on Hall Street and metered on Abercorn, which is the cross street.

  • Do you offer event services? 

    • We are happy to recommend you to local event planners, caterers, and furniture rental vendors, however we do take care of the coordination of these services. 

  • Can I use outside event vendors?

    • Yes, we welcome all vendors to The Wayne Mansion, but they must provide proof of liability insurance. 

  • Do you recommend any event vendors?

    • Yes, we have a list of vendors that we have partnered with to offer you exclusive specials. Please inquire at the time of booking for those vendors.

  • Are there any neighborhood noise restrictions?

    • Sunday-Thursday, 7:00AM – 9:00PM (Noise level cannot exceed 60 decibels before or after allowance.) Friday – Saturday, 7:00AM – 11:00PM (Noise level cannot exceed 60 decibels before or after allowance.)

  • Where is The Wayne Mansion located?

    • The Wayne Mansion is located on beautiful East Hall Street, which is surrounded by majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss. Located just one block from Savannah’s largest green space, Forsyth Park, between Abercorn and Lincoln Street, you’ll be a short walk to some of the best attractions, restaurants and venues Savannah has to offer.
